About the Project Manager Role

Bonafide is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, and experiential projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strategic approach to managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations within established timelines and budgets. The Project Manager will coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success in the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple event and exhibition projects from concept development to final delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Monitor project progress against plans and ensure deadlines are met.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring requirements are met.
• Conduct project meetings, deliver presentations, and provide progress updates to clients.
• Maintain client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal Creative, Design, Production, Technical, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor their performance.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Track project expenditures and work towards profitability targets.
• Oversee procurement activities, including supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Review and approve quotations, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements.
• Directly oversee event setup, installation, live operations, and dismantling.
• Ensure all project components are delivered according to approved plans.
• Manage on-site teams, vendors, and contractors during execution.
• Identify and resolve operational and technical issues during project execution.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, venue, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality control reviews at all project stages.
• Lead post-event evaluations and lessons-learned sessions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 8+ years of progressive experience in event management, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale events, conferences, activations, exhibitions, or entertainment projects.
• Strong understanding of event production processes and operational workflows.
• Experience with government events and national initiatives is highly preferred.
• Experience managing conferences, exhibitions, festivals, and large-scale public events is a significant advantage.
• Previous experience working within event agencies, production companies, or experiential marketing firms is preferred.

• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, *******, or ClickUp.
