GQ-Trading Company operates as an engineering materials supplier within Saudi Arabia. The company is currently seeking a Project Materials Procurement Manager to join its team in Riyadh.

Role Overview

This full-time role focuses on supporting project purchasing and supplier coordination. The Project Materials Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process for engineering and construction materials, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company standards. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, assess, and manage suppliers of engineering and construction materials across Saudi Arabia.
• Handle inquiries, conduct quotation comparisons, manage commercial negotiations, process purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate closely with project and engineering teams to ensure all technical, schedule, and budget requirements are met.
• Control procurement costs while maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring reliable supply.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in project materials procurement.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential for effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and procurement processes.

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is SAR 5,000 per month. The final compensation package is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate's experience and capabilities, with no fixed upper limit.
