About Mirage

Mirage is seeking a QAQC Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes across assigned projects.

Role Overview

The QAQC Manager will manage quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that construction works comply with specifications, standards, and client quality requirements. This role involves leading the implementation of quality management systems and providing quality leadership to site supervision teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project quality management plans in line with client and contractual requirements.
• Review and approve contractor inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures.
• Lead site quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
• Manage the non-conformance and corrective action process, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.
• Oversee material testing and certification processes, ensuring compliance with approved standards.
• Provide quality management training and guidance to site supervision and contractor teams.
• Prepare quality performance reports and present findings to project management and clients.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of company-wide quality management systems.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to resolve quality-related technical issues.
• Support project close-out by ensuring quality records and certifications are complete and accurate.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage quality processes in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
