About the QSHE Coordinator Role

Almarai is seeking a full-time QSHE Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on enforcing compliance with QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment) management systems within the region. The QSHE Coordinator will implement QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures to meet consumer and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of the Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) Management System to exceed customer and consumer expectations.
Support the identification of business risks and the implementation of divisional QSHE strategies to minimize potential threats to business operations.
Conduct internal audits across all regional functions in alignment with QSHE management systems, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending corrective actions.
Assist in incident investigations by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. This includes managing consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, product recalls, and Municipality-related issues.
Deliver regional technical training to all functional staff regarding QSHE strategies, policies, and procedures.
