Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

Transit Stations Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an experienced professional to lead and manage quality assurance initiatives across the company's operations, ensuring compliance with established standards and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and implement quality assurance policies and systems aligned with company objectives and operational standards.
• Establish quality assurance standards and procedures, standardizing their application across all fuel stations and affiliated facilities.
• Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure their compliance.
• Prepare and implement internal audit plans and periodic field inspections at stations and departments.
• Ensure compliance with service quality, cleanliness, general appearance, brand identity, and facility readiness standards.
• Develop proactive control mechanisms to reduce operational errors and prevent recurrence of non-compliance cases.
• Follow up on observations and violations, manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and verify their effectiveness.
• Evaluate the level of compliance with quality standards among operational departments, contractors, and service providers.
• Analyze audit results and customer complaints, identify root causes of deficiencies, and develop improvement plans.
• Develop quality measurement and monitoring systems, dashboards, and submit periodic reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and approved quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and enhance the efficiency of operational processes.
• Manage the quality assurance team and supervise the work of field inspectors and monitors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Practical experience of 5 to 10 years in quality assurance, including at least two years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, internal audit practices, and quality assurance.
• Experience in managing non-compliance cases, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Preferably experience in the fuel station, retail, or multi-branch establishment sector.
• Ability to develop control and quality systems, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• High leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage field work teams.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Proficiency in using digital quality management systems and Microsoft Office programs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Quality Assurance Manager will lead a team of field inspectors and monitors, coordinating with various departments and external service providers.
