About the Role

HUED is seeking an experienced Quality Expert to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-powered solutions and technical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of software testing methodologies within enterprise environments.

Core Responsibilities

The Quality Expert will be responsible for a range of critical tasks throughout the software development lifecycle. Key duties include:

• Analyzing business requirements, technical specifications, and design documents.
• Developing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases.
• Executing various testing phases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through to their resolution.
• Ensuring all project deliverables meet established quality standards and business objectives.
• Collaborating effectively with business, development, and technical teams throughout the testing process.
• Validating system enhancements, fixes, and production changes.
• Contributing to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and testing standards.
• Supporting release readiness and quality governance activities.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis and technical documentation review.
• Proven experience in test planning and test case design.
• A strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise systems or digital platforms is preferred.

Experience and Expertise

This position requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. The focus is on ensuring the quality and integrity of AI-powered solutions and technical systems. A solid background in analyzing complex requirements and reviewing technical documentation is essential for success in this role.
