About the Role

HP is seeking a Quality Engineer to serve as the primary on-site representative at a partner's manufacturing facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the highest standards of production quality and operational efficiency within HP's supply chain operations.

Role Overview

The individual in this position will be responsible for managing all aspects of production quality at the supplier site. This includes driving process optimization initiatives and fostering strong collaboration with the manufacturing partner to consistently meet HP’s stringent quality and shipment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the quality oversight for System Assembly, Test (including Run-In), and Packaging processes at the designated supplier site.
• Monitor real-time production quality to ensure all manufactured outputs strictly adhere to HP’s established standards and delivery schedules.
• Drive and implement process enhancements and optimization initiatives within the manufacturing line to improve overall yield and operational efficiency.
• Conduct deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for technical failures and provide timely corrective actions for customer complaints or production line issues.
• Partner effectively with external suppliers and internal HP departments to resolve quality roadblocks and maintain a smooth, uninterrupted production flow.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in quality engineering, supply chain quality, or a related manufacturing quality assurance role, preferably within a technology or electronics manufacturing environment.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence at the partner's manufacturing facility.
