Quality Lead

About the Role

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Lead to support a major Mining & Metals project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position requiring a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all project quality activities. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable standards, managing QA/QC processes, and driving quality excellence throughout all phases of project execution within the Mining & Metals sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project quality activities from initiation to completion.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Manage and oversee all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality across all project phases.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 11 years of experience in Quality Management.
• Proven experience within Mining & Metals projects is essential.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory.
• Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mining, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in FEED, EPC, and EPCM project environments.
• Strong background in mineral processing plants, smelters, refineries, concentrators, or large-scale mining facilities.
• Previous project experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred.
