The Role

Alstom is seeking a Railway Telecommunication Project Manager for a full-time, onsite position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves driving the execution of projects to meet contractual requirements and exceed customer expectations, ensuring timely delivery and maximizing financial results in terms of cash and margin. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, overseeing project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) as well as Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards, while protecting Alstom's legal and contractual rights.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize project results concerning cash and margin, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Be accountable for project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP).
• Ensure compliance with project Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards project goals.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as required.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
• Protect Alstom’s legal and contractual rights.
• Seek and propose additional opportunities to the Customer Director or Platform.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with contractual and financial management principles.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
