About the RCM Specialist Role

SURGCA, a modern surgery center in Riyadh offering multiple specialties, is seeking an RCM Specialist. The center is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care focused on patient outcomes and recovery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh.

Core Responsibilities

The RCM Specialist will oversee and manage the complete revenue cycle process. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing patient registration and insurance verification processes.
• Handling pre-authorizations and coordinating coding activities.
• Ensuring accurate charge capture.
• Facilitating timely claim submission and monitoring claim denials.
• Resolving billing discrepancies and ensuring accurate payment posting and account reconciliation.
• Collaborating with clinical, front-desk, and finance teams to enhance reimbursement and optimize workflows.
• Maintaining compliance with payer regulations and internal policies.
• Generating regular RCM reports and analyzing key performance indicators.
• Contributing to process improvements that align with SURGCA’s quality and patient-focused objectives.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle management.
• Prior experience working within a hospital, multi-specialty clinic, or healthcare group setting.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong capabilities in the following areas:

• Proficiency in revenue cycle operations management.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective liaison with insurance companies, patients, and clinical staff.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. The role requires the specialist to be present at the SURGCA facility.
