Recruiting Operations Coordinator

About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for a fresh graduate with 0-1 years of experience. The primary focus of this role is to manage candidate coordination, follow-up, and support throughout the hiring and onboarding processes.

Role Overview

The Recruiting Operations Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial contact through to onboarding. This role involves direct communication with Saudi candidates and close collaboration with internal Recruitment Operations and HR teams to facilitate all necessary administrative steps.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with Saudi candidates and provide follow-up throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Collect all required documents from candidates and share them with the Recruitment Operations and HR teams.
• Coordinate with candidates for the review and signing of job offers and other necessary documents.
• Share completed candidate files with the HR department to initiate the Qiwa process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding Qiwa acceptance and GOSI registration.
• Keep candidates informed about their onboarding status and offer required support during the process.
• Coordinate with the Recruitment Operations and HR teams to ensure all required information and documents are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience

• Fresh graduate.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. While client communication and updates are managed by a separate team, the Recruiting Operations Coordinator will focus primarily on direct candidate interaction and support.
