About the Role

HanmiGlobal MENA is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports recruitment activities across Saudi Arabia and contributes to regional hiring requirements throughout the MENA region. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing high-quality talent, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience within a fast-paced environment focused on engineering consultancy, PMC, PMO, infrastructure, and real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across technical, engineering, project management, commercial, and corporate support functions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recruitment recommendations.
• Conduct reference checks where required.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and coordinate recruitment priorities with HR and project teams.
• Track recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines, supporting project mobilization by ensuring timely recruitment of required resources.

Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, job boards, referrals, and direct headhunting.
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and critical positions.
• Develop relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database.

Recruitment Systems, Reporting, and Branding

• Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure candidate information is properly documented and updated.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports covering open vacancies, recruitment status, time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and recruitment KPIs.
• Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Participate in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and networking events where required, representing HanmiGlobal professionally throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of recruitment experience, including managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for large-scale projects or engineering consultancy firms.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Good understanding of the Saudi labor market and recruitment practices.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Attributes

• GCC recruitment experience.
• Experience with Workable or a similar ATS platform, and LinkedIn Recruiter or other digital sourcing tools.
• Recruitment experience within Engineering Consultancy, Construction, PMCM / PMC, Infrastructure, or Real Estate Development sectors.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations, visa processes, and employee mobilization.
