Fares Sports Academy (أكاديمية فارس الرياضية) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering professional Pilates sessions to clients, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group Pilates Reformer sessions suitable for various skill levels.
• Assess client needs and provide appropriate exercises.
• Correct performance and movement, ensuring safe and accurate exercise execution.
• Monitor client progress and adjust sessions based on their evolving needs.
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure a quality client experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of previous practical experience in Pilates Reformer instruction.
• Experience working in sports clubs, Pilates studios, or recognized sports facilities.
• Possession of an accredited Pilates Reformer certification from a recognized training entity.
• Valid Pilates Instructor Certification.
• A current professional license or permit to practice Pilates instruction in accordance with applicable requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills

• Thorough knowledge of Reformer Pilates techniques and the ability to modify exercises for different levels.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Commitment to professional safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
