About the Role

FNS is seeking a qualified Pilates Instructor to join its wellness team. This full-time role is based in either Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and involves delivering safe, effective, and personalized Pilates sessions. The instructor will support clients in achieving their fitness, wellness, and movement goals. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a salary range of SAR 7,500 - SAR 11,250.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group Pilates sessions, including Reformer, Mat, and Tower Pilates classes.
• Develop personalized exercise programs tailored to clients’ fitness levels, goals, and specific needs.
• Guide clients through proper Pilates techniques, focusing on posture, breathing, and body alignment.
• Ensure client safety by continuously monitoring movements and providing appropriate modifications as needed.
• Assess clients’ progress regularly and adjust their programs accordingly to support their development.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all clients.
• Build positive relationships with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
• Participate in wellness programs, demonstrations, and promotional activities when required.
• Maintain current knowledge of Pilates techniques, industry trends, and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Certified Pilates Instructor qualification.
• Experience in Reformer, Mat, and/or Tower Pilates.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
