The Role: Certified Pilates Instructor

Musanada Human Resources is seeking a Certified Pilates Instructor to deliver safe and effective Pilates sessions to clients. This full-time position is based in an on-site studio located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The instructor will be responsible for guiding clients through personalized and group Pilates programs, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and lead individual and group Pilates classes.
Demonstrate exercises with proper form and technique.
Adapt routines to accommodate diverse fitness levels, abilities, and health conditions of clients.
Conduct initial client assessments and systematically track progress.
Collaborate with other wellness or rehabilitation professionals as appropriate.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
Ensure all Pilates equipment is used safely and correctly.
Provide clear guidance and motivation to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications and Experience

Certification as a Pilates Instructor is required.
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in delivering Pilates instruction.
