About the Role

Vrinda Global is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading HR operations across multiple locations, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and HR strategy.
• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for regional and critical positions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business and project teams.
• Drive employee relations, HR policies, organizational development, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Provide HR insights and support business decision-making.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on regional operations and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience managing regional or multi-location HR operations.

Required Skills

• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
