About the Regional Manager Role

The Coffee Address is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and oversee operational activities for 30 to 45 branches in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on ensuring sales and profitability targets are met, maintaining adherence to operational and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across the region. The role involves developing team performance and fostering a culture of excellence.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch performance and ensure the achievement of set targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop area and branch managers.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and manage costs effectively (P&L).
• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and operational procedures.
• Monitor operational quality, conduct regular auditing, and perform field visits to branches.
• Supervise inventory management and implement strategies to reduce waste and loss.
• Prepare and submit regular performance and operational reports to senior management.
• Lead the successful launch of new products and monitor their implementation across branches.
• Supervise company assets and implement measures to reduce losses.

Performance Objectives

Success in this role will be measured against key performance indicators, including:

• Achieving consistent growth in sales and profitability.
• Ensuring high adherence to established operating standards.
• Demonstrating effective reduction of waste and operational losses.
• Successful implementation of corrective actions as required.
• Leading successful new product launches.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership or operational management role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple retail locations and drive performance.
• Strong understanding of sales, profitability, and cost management principles.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular field visits to branches within the assigned region.

Compensation

The salary for this position is negotiable, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
