The Role: Reporting & Budgeting Supervisor

Kafaat Business Solutions is seeking a Reporting & Budgeting Supervisor to oversee the organization's budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. This full-time role ensures the timely preparation of accurate financial reports, monitors budget performance, analyzes financial results, and provides financial insights to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process across departments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Develop financial forecasts and monitor actual performance against approved budgets.
• Analyze budget and financial variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare financial dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations.
• Support business planning through financial analysis and forecasting.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data and reports.
• Collaborate with business units to review budgets and financial performance.
• Maintain and improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting roles.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on delivering strategic business solutions.
