About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Agent to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing booking inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for guests. The Reservations Agent is responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed reservations and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members.
Secure individual bookings by converting guest inquiries into confirmed reservations.
Maintain attention to detail by recording and processing all reservations accurately.
Utilize proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales through promoting hotel services and upgrades.
Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads for future business opportunities.
