About the Role
Chalhoub Group is seeking a Retail Manager Shiseido to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for driving sell-out growth by developing and executing commercial strategies, optimizing brand performance, and managing key accounts. The role requires ensuring effective alignment across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to achieve strong market presence, sustainable revenue growth, and operational excellence in all commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities
The Retail Manager will perform a range of duties, including:
- Sellout Management: Develop and implement annual sellout targets, lead brand and trade marketing activations (launches, visibility, planograms), track ranking and market share, report on market trends and competitor activities, manage SISO, participate in forecast processes, and drive topline growth through effective door and channel development.
- Team Leadership: Lead the sellout team's KPIs, develop work plans, implement BC productivity, provide coaching and mentoring, conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations, and manage sales reports and commission submissions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, implement joint business planning with strategic customers, and resolve escalations, operational issues, and service concerns.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report commercial KPIs (sales, ranking, market share, stock health), provide monthly business reviews with actionable insights, implement corrective actions, coordinate with supply chain for demand forecasting and stock availability, and monitor SOH levels, returns, and slow-moving stock.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this role should possess the following:
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in retail management, commercial strategy, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sell-out growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Proficiency in performance monitoring, reporting, and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills for engaging with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
