About the Role

Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, the official JLR Retailer in KSA, is seeking a Retail Used Vehicle Sales Manager for a full-time position based in Riyadh. This role is central to leading the day-to-day used vehicle retail sales operation, managing the sales team, and executing approved sales plans. The primary objective is to achieve sales volume and profitability targets while supporting inventory performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Retail Used Vehicle Sales Manager will oversee the sales team and ensure operational excellence across all sales activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and develop Used Vehicle Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives.
• Allocate sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.
• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales volume targets.
• Execute approved sales plans to support business growth objectives.
• Monitor showroom traffic, enquiries, lead conversion, and closing ratios.
• Ensure sales opportunities are effectively managed from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Operational Management and Customer Experience

This role requires diligent management of sales operations, inventory, and customer interactions to maintain high standards. Specific duties include:

• Approve sales transactions within delegated authority while protecting profitability.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve agreed targets.
• Monitor used vehicle inventory availability to support sales requirements.
• Follow up inventory ageing and execute actions to reduce aged stock.
• Coordinate with the Head of Used Sales and Vehicle Procurement to improve stock rotation.
• Ensure vehicles are accurately priced, properly displayed, and sales-ready.
• Escalate inventory risks and ageing concerns with appropriate recommendations.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry through vehicle handover.
• Support the resolution of escalated customer complaints and complex negotiations.
• Drive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance and ensure compliance with premium customer service standards.

Planning and Cross-Functional Coordination

The manager will also be responsible for strategic planning, reporting, and collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

• Prepare periodic sales and operational performance reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators including sales volume, conversion rate, gross profit, inventory ageing, stock turn, and CSI.
• Recommend operational improvements based on performance analysis.
• Coordinate with Marketing to maximize campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales Support, and Vehicle Procurement to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales management role, preferably within the automotive retail sector. A proven ability to lead sales teams, achieve targets, and manage inventory effectively is required.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time management role situated within a dealership showroom. The position involves regular interaction with customers, sales teams, and various cross-functional departments. Compensation for this role includes eligibility for a performance-based incentive.
