About the Role

Egis is seeking a Risk Management Manager Metro PMCM to join its PMCM team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires over 10 years of experience and focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across metro and construction projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive risk management strategies and ensure compliance with risk protocols.

Role Overview

The Risk Management Manager will provide strategic guidance to stakeholders and maintain high standards of risk governance. This role demands strong analytical capabilities and decisive decision-making skills to manage project risks effectively within large-scale infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, assess, and analyze project risks using established risk management frameworks and methodologies.
Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project impact.
Monitor, track, and report on risk indicators and key performance metrics throughout project lifecycles.
Maintain and update comprehensive risk registers and risk databases for all active projects.
Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with organizational standards.
Prepare detailed risk reports and documentation for project stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into project planning.
Provide expert guidance and training to project teams on risk management best practices.
Identify emerging risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to risk management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Over 10 years of experience in risk management.
Experience with metro, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certification is preferred.
Experience with enterprise risk management systems.
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction regulations and standards.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within a project management and construction management (PMCM) team. The role involves working collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.
