About the Role

GFS Express is seeking an RTO Team Leader to manage and lead Cainiao DTO and related reverse logistics operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with both Cainiao and internal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The RTO Team Leader will be responsible for the comprehensive management of reverse logistics operations. This includes:

• Leading and managing Cainiao DTO and associated reverse logistics processes.
• Overseeing inbound receiving, quality control, and appointment-based packing.
• Handling self-pickup operations and managing exceptions effectively.
• Coordinating outbound logistics activities.
• Supervising warehouse labor to ensure operational efficiency.

Operational Oversight

This role also involves critical oversight functions to maintain smooth and compliant operations:

• Coordinating closely with downstream hubs and clients to ensure seamless transitions.
• Proactively managing operational exceptions and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all reverse logistics activities.
• Ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.
• Supporting other RTO operational processes, such as sort-to-outbound activities, as dictated by business needs and internal rotation arrangements.

Required Experience

Candidates for the RTO Team Leader position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or reverse logistics operations, preferably within a leadership capacity.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at GFS Express facilities.
