Stellar Build is seeking a skilled and experienced Rubber Flooring Installer / Technician to join our team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves specialized installation work for various projects.

Role Overview

The Rubber Flooring Installer / Technician will be responsible for the preparation and installation of diverse rubber flooring types across a range of facilities. This includes working on gyms, playgrounds, sports facilities, and other commercial projects, ensuring high-quality and precise installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and level subfloor surfaces, such as concrete and asphalt, before installation.
• Accurately measure, cut, lay out, and install various rubber flooring products, including tiles, rolls, and gym flooring.
• Mix and apply adhesives, primers, and polyurethane binders in accordance with technical specifications.
• Execute poured-in-place rubber surfacing for playgrounds and sports tracks as required.
• Ensure seamless finishing, precise alignment, and high-quality workmanship for all installations.
• Inspect completed installations to verify quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Adhere to all on-site safety procedures and regulations during work.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess practical experience in rubber flooring installation, including familiarity with Acrylic, EPDM, SBR tiles, rolls, and poured-in-place rubber systems. The role requires attention to detail, precision in measurement and application, and a commitment to safety standards.
