Sales Advisor Gymshark

About the Role

مجموعة الطاير is seeking a Sales Advisor for Gymshark in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, and demonstrating suitable products to achieve sales targets and build customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating excellent customer service.
• Identify customer needs through questioning, recommend and demonstrate appropriate products, suggest link products, and close sales.
• Process cash and other authorized payments, issue receipts, and provide professional cash point service.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, adhering to the company's after-sales policy.
• Maintain and update product knowledge, stay informed on fashion trends, and be aware of in-store promotions.
• Adhere to personal grooming standards as directed by the Store Manager.
• Ensure wrap stands, fitting rooms, and stock areas are clean and organized.
• Monitor stock levels daily and report depleting stocks to the store manager to ensure optimal inventory.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those for refunds, exchanges, security, and health and safety.
• Recruit customers for the database by accurately entering their details into the POS system.
• Minimize stock loss through vigilance on the sales floor and in fitting room areas.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
