We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team and support the promotion and sales of our portfolio of training programs, professional certifications, and learning solutions.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating leads, promoting relevant training and certification offerings, and converting opportunities into confirmed enrollments and sales. The role requires a proactive approach to client outreach, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, confident in engaging with both individuals and organizations, and comfortable working toward defined sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell training programs, professional certifications, and other learning solutions to prospective clients
Identify and generate new sales leads through outreach, referrals, networking, databases, and other sales channels
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients to generate and convert opportunities
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate training programs and certification pathways
Present course and certification information clearly, including benefits, requirements, schedules, and pricing
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and relevant sales materials with prospective clients
Follow up consistently with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle
Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs

Client & Account Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information on available programs and certifications
Maintain regular communication with clients to identify additional training and development needs
Support repeat business, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities across the company's portfolio
Ensure a professional client experience from initial inquiry through enrollment or confirmation

Sales Pipeline & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities
Manage assigned leads through the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up
Track individual sales performance against agreed targets and KPIs
Prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports for management
Share market feedback and client insights to support sales and business development activities

Market Awareness & Product Knowledge

Develop a strong understanding of the company's training programs, professional certifications, and learning solutions
Stay informed about new programs, certifications, promotions, and relevant developments within the training and education market
Understand client needs and market trends to identify potential sales opportunities
Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, exhibitions, and other business development activities when required
