Role Overview

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager- AI and Data to lead the origination, qualification, shaping, pursuit, negotiation, and closure of large-scale AI and Data transformation opportunities. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, focuses on helping clients across various industries unlock business value through Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Advanced Analytics, Data Modernization, Cloud Data Platforms, and Intelligent Operations. The role requires a strategic sales leader capable of building trusted executive relationships and driving profitable growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and originate new AI and Data transformation opportunities across target accounts.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, business leaders, and technology decision-makers.
• Develop account growth strategies aligned to client business priorities and industry trends.
• Create and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop compelling business cases and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to win complex deals.
• Position Accenture as a leading transformation partner for AI and Data-led reinvention.

Solution Shaping and Collaboration

• Lead opportunity qualification and assess strategic fit, value potential, and win probability for client engagements.

Required Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in sales capture, business development, or a related field, with a focus on AI and Data transformation initiatives. This role requires a professional who can build executive relationships, identify client needs, develop business cases, and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to secure complex deals.
