The Opportunity: Sales Consultant Real Estate

We are seeking a Sales Consultant Real Estate to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role presents an opportunity for individuals to develop a career within the real estate sector. The successful candidate will play a direct role in the organization's growth by managing the sales cycle from understanding client requirements to ensuring successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell residential and commercial properties from the company's inventory.
  • Conduct property tours, provide comprehensive information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, offering professional advice on buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base and cultivate a strong professional network.
  • Monitor market trends, property values, and competitive offerings, providing clients with accurate and current market information.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clients are informed about available properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Deliver presentations and arrange site visits to assist clients in visualizing potential investments.
  • Facilitate the timely closing of real estate transactions, ensuring all required documentation and procedures are completed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
  • Demonstrated motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Ability to understand and address client requirements with tailored solutions.

Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It offers a competitive base salary complemented by a commission structure.
