About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing essential support to sales operations and contributing to lead generation efforts. The role is central to ensuring efficient team functions and delivering memorable experiences that align with the brand's hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator will perform a range of duties focused on administrative support, sales documentation, and business development. Daily tasks include:

  • Performing daily sales operations, including data entry, invoice distribution, Salesforce activity tracking, and recordkeeping to maintain efficient team workflows.
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales documentation such as contracts, proposals, RFP responses, client call summaries, and various booking and loyalty reports.
  • Generating and qualifying new business leads by researching, identifying, and evaluating unmanaged and prospect accounts to build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Building collaborative relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers, customers, and hotel partners to identify new opportunities and conduct discovery calls for unmanaged accounts.
  • Supporting departmental initiatives, customer engagement activities, and participation in meetings and conferences as required.

Sales Operations and Administrative Support

This position provides critical administrative support to the sales team. Responsibilities include managing data accuracy, distributing financial documents, and maintaining comprehensive records. The Sales Coordinator ensures that all sales-related documentation is prepared accurately and on time, contributing to the smooth execution of sales strategies.

Business Development and Client Engagement

A key aspect of this role involves proactive engagement in business development. The Sales Coordinator will identify potential new clients and assist in developing tailored solutions. This includes fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners to uncover and pursue new business opportunities effectively.
