About the Role

Acara Solutions, An Aleron Company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in sales development or related fields.

Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads. This position is integral to the sales process, focusing on generating opportunities for the sales team. The role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach through various channels to generate new leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
  • Experience is preferably within the B2B technology or SaaS sectors.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, with Salesforce experience being preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in construction technology or industrial solutions sectors is considered an advantage.
