About the Role

Auxo Talent is seeking a Sales Director, Data & AI to join a leading global consultancy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading practice growth, managing strategic client relationships, and securing new business within the Data & AI sector. The successful candidate will translate advanced technology solutions into tangible business outcomes for C-suite clients.

Role Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving the expansion of the Data & AI practice in a dynamic digital market. This position requires a senior professional with over 10 years of experience, capable of operating at an executive level and contributing to the firm's strategic direction in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Manage annual bookings, revenue, and margin targets for the Data & AI practice.
Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy across key industries and strategic accounts.
Build pipeline through new client acquisition, account expansion, and partner-led opportunities.
Lead enterprise sales cycles from initial origination through negotiation and closure.
Advise C-suite leaders on topics including data modernization, cloud solutions, AI, and GenAI.
Establish and nurture alliances with cloud providers, technology vendors, and ecosystem partners.
Coordinate presales, delivery, legal, and finance teams for each pursuit.
Mentor sales talent and represent the firm at executive events.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership, specifically within Data & AI or related advanced technology fields.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a practice area.
Proven track record of success in enterprise sales and C-suite client engagement.
Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies.
Strong understanding of data modernization, cloud technologies, AI, and GenAI.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position. The Sales Director will operate within a global consultancy environment, contributing to the growth of a key practice area in a rapidly evolving digital market.
