The Sales Engineer Role at Modern Enterprises Expert Trading

Modern Enterprises Expert Trading is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the company's growth in the HVAC sector within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle for the company's HVAC product line. A key aspect of this role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors across the KSA territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HVAC solutions, including Duct Type split units, Cassette Type ACs, and mini VRF systems.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing orders, including payment collection.
  • Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, MEP contractors, and developers to ensure product specification and selection for upcoming projects.
  • Prepare and review detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, project specifications, and company pricing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and detailed reports to management on market conditions and the sales pipeline.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HVAC sales.
  • Experience with VRF systems is highly preferred.

Target Market and Product Focus

The role focuses on engaging with a diverse client base, including contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors. The primary product line includes Duct Type split units, Cassette Type ACs, and mini VRF solutions, requiring a strong understanding of these HVAC technologies.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within the KSA territory, requiring active engagement with clients across the region.
