About Systemair Middle East

Systemair Middle East is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving business development in HVAC maintenance services within the region.

The Role

This role is designed for a motivated and results-driven professional with a focus on generating new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), identifying retrofit projects, and cultivating long-term relationships with clients across the commercial and industrial sectors within the HVAC maintenance domain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities for HVAC maintenance services and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Promote preventive and corrective maintenance solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
Identify and develop retrofit and upgrade opportunities for existing HVAC systems.
Conduct customer visits and site surveys to assess maintenance requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and maintenance agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, and end users.
Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with the service and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the company's CRM system.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in maintenance services.
Proven experience in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales.
Experience identifying and developing HVAC retrofit opportunities.
Experience conducting site surveys and preparing technical proposals.
Strong sales and business development background.
Previous experience in the HVAC industry.
Experience working with contracting and installation companies.
Experience dealing with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) companies or Facility Management (FM) service providers.
Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with an established network within the Riyadh HVAC and Facility Management (FM) market.
A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
