The Role: Senior Sales Engineer

Carrier (KSA) is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Jazan. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience in the HVAC sector. The primary purpose of this role is to improve market convergence in remote areas, enhance the gross margin percentage by reaching less competitive markets, and support the growth of the RLC, Applied, and VRF Business Units. A competitive salary will be offered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover the southern remote area market to expand Carrier's presence.
• Onboard two new distributors in each target city within the assigned region.
• Achieve a combined annual sales target of $10 million across RLC, Applied, and VRF product lines.
• Expand business operations and reach into untapped markets.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with active contractors.
• Enhance product visibility and appeal by providing comprehensive HVAC solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC business, specifically within remote areas.
• Demonstrated HVAC sales experience in remote areas, with specific experience in Jazan being essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Deep product knowledge of HVAC systems, including Applied, VRF, and RLC products.
• Proven experience in developing and managing business distribution networks.
• Experience with small, medium, and large-scale HVAC projects.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Jazan, Saudi Arabia, with a focus on covering the southern remote area market.
