About the Role

SKM Air Conditioning is seeking a Sales Engineer HVAC Spare Parts to join its Spare Parts Department in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing existing client relationships, developing new accounts, and driving sales growth by understanding customer needs and delivering effective HVAC solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the company's market presence and profitability within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations, and close sales orders for HVAC spare parts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and foster loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
• Negotiate with customers to finalize deals, aiming to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
• Conduct periodic market research to stay informed on pricing, product trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely payment collection and provide support to the finance department in managing credit facilities.
• Prepare necessary export documentation and liaise with commercial and logistics teams for smooth dispatches.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of HVAC-related experience.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.
