Sales Engineer

About the Role

Fame Store, a company specializing in woodworking and interior decorations, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on technical and sales expertise in the design, pricing, and execution of woodworking projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting client inquiries into actual contracts and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive clients referred by the company and understand their needs.
• Meet with clients and visit their sites to take measurements.
• Prepare 3D designs and technical drawings.
• Present suitable solutions and designs, and persuade clients.
• Price kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, wall coverings, wooden partitions, and custom furniture.
• Prepare price offers and calculate quantities and costs.
• Negotiate with clients and close deals.
• Follow up on price offers and sales opportunities until contract signing.
• Coordinate with the factory, production, and installation teams.
• Update client data and sales stages on the CRM system.
• Achieve the monthly sales target.

Please note: This role does not require attracting new clients, as the company provides clients and sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in woodworking and interior decoration.
• Experience in project pricing, quantity calculation, and preparing price offers.
• Excellent knowledge of MDF, Melamine, Veneer, Plywood, HPL materials, and carpentry accessories.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp or 3ds Max.
• Ability to prepare 3D designs and read executive drawings.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Valid driving license.

Compensation Structure

• Basic Salary: 5,000 – 6,500 SAR per month, depending on experience.
• Monthly Sales Target: 150,000 SAR.
• Commission: 1% on collected sales up to 150,000 SAR per month.
• Additional Commission: 2% on amounts exceeding 150,000 SAR.
• Commissions are calculated on collected amounts before VAT, according to company policy and profit margin conditions.
