The Sales Engineer Role

Ahtarafion is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience. The role combines technical expertise with commercial responsibilities, focusing on presenting Ahtarafion’s diverse service offerings to both prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their specific business and compliance needs.
Prepare tailored proposals that address client requirements.
Deliver presentations and demonstrations to clearly explain service capabilities.
Respond to technical and service-related inquiries from clients.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to develop optimal solutions.
Support the entire sales process, from initial lead qualification through to closing.
Maintain accurate records within CRM and other reporting tools.
Provide post-sale technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement.
Contribute to the development of product and service documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical service solutions.
Demonstrated ability in Sales and Customer Service, including managing the full sales cycle and fostering positive client relationships.
Effective Communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with business services, consulting, or corporate support solutions, ideally within Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf region.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for documentation, reporting, and pipeline management.

Work Environment and Experience

This role requires the ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess 0-1 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of sales engineering principles.
