These programs align with international CEFR standards, focusing on practical communication skills and real-world interaction to build confidence for academic, professional, and social success. 4Level1 offers both online and face-to-face classes, serving learners across the Middle East through remote teaching. In-person classes are conducted in Riyadh, providing a dynamic, student-centered learning environment.

The Role of Sales & Front Desk

4Level1 is seeking a Sales & Front Desk team member for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. This role is central to the student experience, involving direct interaction with visitors and students. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and supporting sales initiatives to contribute to enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors and students, ensuring a professional and friendly front-of-house experience.
Answer inquiries in person, by phone, and via digital channels.
Provide accurate information regarding programs, schedules, and fees.
Manage daily front desk operations.
Maintain student records and ensure their accuracy.
Process registrations and payments efficiently.
Coordinate with teaching and administrative staff to support smooth class operations.
Actively promote 4Level1’s courses to prospective students.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Support sales campaigns and contribute to overall enrollment growth.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. The role requires daily presence at the 4Level1 facility to manage front desk activities and interact directly with students and visitors.
