About the Role

Moyasar, a Saudi company licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to provide payment gateway services, is seeking a Sales Manager. Founded in 2015, Moyasar has established itself as a partner to leading banks and a growing network of merchants. This is a senior individual contributor role based in Riyadh, focused on driving company growth through key enterprise and government relationships.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Moyasar's most critical enterprise and government accounts. This position requires a professional with established relationships and credibility to secure new business opportunities and contribute directly to Moyasar's expansion. The role involves owning the entire sales cycle and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the company's offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract signing and client onboarding.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers within enterprise and government organizations.
  • Identify and strategically target new accounts that align with Moyasar's payment solutions.
  • Deliver tailored presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to integrate client feedback into product development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Saudi payments landscape, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Achieve and exceed established quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience

Success in this role is primarily determined by a candidate's track record and existing network. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in fintech, SaaS, banking, or payments, with demonstrable results.
  • Established, genuine relationships with contract-signing authorities at large enterprises and government entities in KSA or the GCC.
  • Proven experience managing and closing complex, long-term sales cycles.
  • A solid understanding of payment gateway functionalities sufficient for technical discussions.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and contacting potential clients.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates as an individual contributor, emphasizing direct impact on business growth through strategic relationship management and sales execution.
