About the Role

EMP GoWIN Global is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Project Sales to lead sales operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on HVAC/MEP project sales, specifically involving Boilers, Chillers, Calorifiers, and Solar Water Heating Systems. The position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in the field and offers a salary of SAR 14,000–15,000 per month.

Role Overview

This leadership position is for a sales professional with extensive experience in HVAC/MEP project sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building client relationships, securing new projects, supporting business growth, and managing sales activities across Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong technical knowledge of the specified heating and cooling systems and an understanding of the Saudi MEP market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project sales activities throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a project sales pipeline.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC/MEP products and solutions.
• Drive sales of Boilers, Chillers, Calorifiers, and Solar Water Heating Systems.
• Collaborate with consultants to secure product approvals, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to project award and order closure.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial discussions.
• Lead negotiations to achieve profitable project closures.
• Ensure timely issuance of all required documents, including technical manuals, warranty letters, and product documents.
• Track project progress, customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM.
• Develop market knowledge to identify new projects, customers, and growth areas.
• Lead the Saudi sales team and support the growth of overall Saudi operations.
• Work with internal technical, commercial, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and management updates.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in HVAC/MEP project sales.
• Strong technical knowledge and background in selling Boilers, Chillers, Calorifiers, and Solar Water Heating Systems.
• Understanding of the Saudi MEP market.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and secure new projects.
