The Role of Sales Representative - Rice Presales

The Pre-Sales Representative is responsible for visiting restaurants, cafés, and catering companies to generate orders and cultivate strong customer relationships. This position plays a crucial role in expanding product distribution and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Orders collected will be communicated to internal teams for delivery and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers according to assigned route plans.
• Promote AL BAYT rice and other company products.
• Collect and accurately submit customer orders for delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Open new accounts and increase product penetration.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure proper coverage of the assigned territory, which may be subject to change.
• Follow up on deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily sales and visit reports.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the food service or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The role requires strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships, along with a proactive approach to sales and market development.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves regular field visits to customers within the assigned territory, requiring a dynamic and adaptable approach to daily operations.
