About the Role

Al-Watania Poultry (Saudi Arabia) is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for achieving sales targets and expanding market reach for fresh products. The role requires a professional who can manage sales routes, maintain product quality, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement monthly sales targets effectively.
• Identify and develop new sales avenues to expand market presence.
• Execute planned sales routes and submit regular reports to the supervisor.
• Ensure timely delivery of fresh products to distributors using refrigerated transport.
• Maintain the quality of products throughout the delivery process.
• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with customers.
• Conduct daily supervision of distribution channels.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers to address their needs and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food or poultry industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales routes and distribution logistics.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Work Environment
