About the Role

Al-Watania Poultry (Saudi Arabia) is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong customer relationships for fresh poultry products.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement monthly sales targets effectively.
• Identify and develop new sales avenues to expand market presence.
• Execute planned sales routes and submit regular reports to the supervisor.
• Deliver fresh products to distributors using refrigerated transport.
• Ensure the quality of products is maintained throughout the delivery process.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Conduct daily supervision of distribution channels.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers to address their needs and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Experience in maintaining product quality during distribution.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
• Organizational skills for route planning and reporting.
• Attention to detail regarding product quality and delivery.

Work Environment
