Al-Watania Poultry (Saudi Arabia) is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for achieving sales targets and effectively managing distribution channels for fresh products within the region.

Role Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring the efficient delivery and quality of fresh products. This position involves direct engagement with customers and continuous oversight of distribution operations to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and achieve monthly sales targets for fresh products.
• Identify and develop new sales avenues to expand market reach.
• Execute planned delivery routes and submit regular reports to the supervisor.
• Ensure the timely and safe delivery of refrigerators to fresh product distributors.
• Maintain the quality and integrity of products throughout the delivery process.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, positive relationships with customers.
• Conduct daily supervision of distribution channels to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with customers regarding product availability and service.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, distribution, or a similar field.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage distribution logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily operational tasks effectively.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular field work to manage sales and distribution activities across designated routes.
