Role Summary: Sales Representative

The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets, expanding our distribution network, and fostering strong customer relationships. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to sales, distribution management, and maintaining product quality throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify and develop new avenues for sales growth.
• Execute planned sales routes and submit regular reports to the supervisor.
• Manage the delivery of refrigerators to fresh product distributors.
• Ensure the consistent quality of products during delivery.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Conduct daily supervision of distribution channels.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with customers.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Sales Representative position should demonstrate a proven track record in sales and meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement.
• Ability to manage logistics related to product distribution and quality control.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular field activities and direct interaction with customers and distributors within the assigned territory.
