Role Summary: Sales Representative

The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets, expanding our distribution network, and fostering strong customer relationships. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to sales, distribution management, and maintaining product quality throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and achieve monthly sales targets.
Identify and develop new avenues for sales growth.
Execute planned sales routes and submit regular reports to the supervisor.
Manage the delivery of refrigerators to fresh product distributors.
Ensure the consistent quality of products during delivery.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Conduct daily supervision of distribution channels.
Maintain constant and effective communication with customers.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Sales Representative position should demonstrate a proven track record in sales and meet the following criteria:

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a sales role.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement.
Ability to manage logistics related to product distribution and quality control.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular field activities and direct interaction with customers and distributors within the assigned territory.
