About the Role

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding AREEB's client base and promoting our comprehensive HR services. This position is suitable for candidates at the entry level, including fresh graduates or those with up to one year of professional experience in sales or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and scheduled meetings.
• Present and clearly explain AREEB's range of HR services, such as recruitment, payroll management, and outsourcing solutions.
• Prepare and diligently follow up on sales proposals to facilitate deal closure.
• Work towards achieving established sales targets.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement.
• Compile and submit basic sales reports as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A motivated approach to sales and client engagement.
• Experience level: 0 to 1 year in a sales or client-facing role.
