SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

About the Role

Salt is supporting a major organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in its search for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant. This full-time role is critical for supporting a large, end-to-end payroll environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for SAP HCM Payroll operations.
• Support large and complex employee populations within the payroll system.
• Perform payroll configuration and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Payroll is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or ECP.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
• Proficiency in payroll configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll controls.
• Experience with EC/ECP integration and replication.
• Experience with Saudi payroll is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting a major organization's payroll operations.
