About the Role

Delta is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC), Payroll, and Integrations. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and requires a professional with over 10 years of relevant experience. The consultant will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The consultant will manage various aspects of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central, Time Off, and Employee Central Payroll. This includes leading implementations, configuring modules, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.

• Lead configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Design and maintain employee lifecycle processes, including hire, transfer, promotion, termination, and organizational changes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable EC solutions.
• Configure and support SuccessFactors Time Off, including leave types, time accounts, accrual rules, and holiday calendars.
• Integrate Time Off with Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Lead or support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations and support, particularly for KSA and UAE.
• Configure and support end-to-end payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculation, earnings, deductions, benefits, and absence integration.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support for all modules.

Module-Specific Configuration

Specific configuration tasks will involve a range of SuccessFactors functionalities to meet business needs.

• Configure Employee Central components such as Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Job Information, Position Management, Workflows, Business Rules, Event Derivations, MDF Objects, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Configure business rules and workflows for time-off processes and support country-specific leave requirements.
• Configure and support payroll processing, including PMGM, Payroll Control Center, PCRs, and payroll schemas.

Technical Expertise and Integrations

The role requires strong technical and functional expertise in cross-module integrations and troubleshooting.

• Possess strong functional and technical expertise across Employee Central (EC), Time Off, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), PMGM, and cross-module integrations.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with multi-country payroll, particularly KSA (Saudi Arabia) and UAE.
• Exhibit strong expertise in Payroll Control Center, PCRs, payroll schemas, and payroll processing.
• Manage integration with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.
• Troubleshoot time-off calculation, accrual, and integration issues.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should meet the following professional and experience criteria.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
• Proven experience in Employee Central, Time Off, Employee Central Payroll, PMGM, and cross-module integrations.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-country payroll implementations, specifically KSA and UAE.
