The Role: SAS CMS Consultant

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a SAS CMS Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAS Campaign Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business teams to translate marketing requirements into scalable campaign solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing campaigns using SAS Campaign Management.
• Create customer segments, target groups, and offer strategies.
• Configure and execute outbound and real-time campaigns.
• Support business users in campaign setup, testing, and deployment.

Technical Scope and Collaboration

This role encompasses critical areas within SAS Campaign Management, including campaign creation, customer segmentation, real-time decisioning, and event processing. It also involves ETL integration and marketing automation. The consultant will collaborate with business teams to ensure marketing requirements are effectively translated into robust and scalable campaign solutions.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in SAS Campaign Management solutions or a related field. This experience should cover the design, development, enhancement, and support of such systems.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
