About the Role: Section Manager, Marketing

Alfanar is seeking a Section Manager, Marketing for its EXA Ceramics division. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of marketing communication, digital marketing, and customer support activities. The manager will manage day-to-day operations, supervise content and campaign delivery, and ensure alignment with approved plans to support brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Execute marketing communication plans across offline and online channels in alignment with approved strategies.
Support market research activities by collecting and analyzing data on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports highlighting results, and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with product teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives.
Organize and support events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products and services.
Supervise customer care activities, ensuring timely and effective handling of inquiries across all communication channels and monitoring service levels.
Execute digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, while tracking performance and ensuring consistency of digital presence.
Supervise the development of marketing materials, coordinating content creation (copywriting, visuals, multimedia) and reviewing for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Coordinate with sales teams to develop and deliver marketing materials for product presentations and campaigns, ensuring consistency across all sales channels.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and marketing practices, identifying improvement opportunities in marketing execution and customer engagement.

Process Improvement: Develop and coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities and promoting the full use of relevant IT solutions.
